shelley.

bpal

i've been truly scent obsessed since seeing 'sleep no more' last month. (i'll have more to say about my experience soon, i promise.) i've been burning the catbird candles whilst i work & i recently ordered some scents from black phoenix alchemy lab. i'm especially smitten with 'a dreary night in november' (thinking of my big 3-0) from the limited edition 'frankenstein' series.

PS i'd love to hear what your favorite bpal scents are and why. please share in the comments section ....

I have a list of seven scents from the collections of Ars Amatoria, Ars Moriendi, and Bewitching Blends...so hard to choose.

Did I ever mention Venom or Loviatar to you? I think those were two of the first that I tried and remain at the top of my list. Cottonmouth is wonderful too, as is Morocco...

Unfortunately I haven't had much look with bpal fragrances. As much as I want to like them I've never found one that suits me.

I just ordered my first set of imps to sample a few scents and get a feel for what I like. I believe the six I requested were Incantation, Zombi, Santa Muerte, The Rose, and Black Rose...although I was equally tempted by Event Horizon and Arcana, I'm constantly on the lookout for unusual rose blends.

I have one called Bat of Good Death that has become a real go to for me. It reminds me of the "witches workshop" room in Sleep No More. Herbaceous, musky and the smell of old books.
