i know i post her a lot, but i especially love joan in the spring.
i rarely post images of myself, but this is me in zana. i'm always a bit shy sharing what i look like, but last month i had my portrait taken by artists stacey ransom & jason mitchell as part of an artist series they are working on for an exhibition at varnish gallery in the fall. (also take a peek at stacey's incredible blog too) the experience was amazing and we look forward to sharing the results soon.

I love that Remedios Varo book (and everything you create).
I love the Remedios Varo book too! And Joan of Arc...my favorite sculpture in the city!
You are SUCH a babe. Like, mega babe. You look great in Zana Bane gear.
wow, that harness is pretty awesome. also, it's nice to (sort-of) see what you look like...sometimes you build up an image of the person creating that is completely dissimilar to their actual appearance, don't you find?
i absolutely love the inverted cz idea for an engagement ring. such a good path to take! <33
Where did you get a copy of Unexpected Journeys?
Wherever I look, it's horrendously expensive...
Love these little glimpses into your creative process.
Awesome photos as always [and books]. I wouldn't be shy about the self-photo...self-portraits are just a means of artistic expression - I love the Zana harness-thingy!
