fleets & fangs.

ovate x bloodmilk

i've been incredibly quiet here lately & there have been genuine reasons for that. . . . . as mentioned in several posts over the last few turbulent months, i've recently transplanted my home & studio that i've lived in for the last 13 years (nearly half my life ! ) into an enormous loft. this is the first time i've truly been all on my own & while it's been strange to adjust to the sea change, things are also incredibly beautiful and full of wonder here. many inspirations and ideas have been conjured into this landscape of transformation & i'm happy to officially announce that i'll have a small show here in philly this september at concrete polish, a jewelry boutique that houses jewels by two talented ladies, angela monaco of concrete polish and linda smyth of rabid fox. this show, 'farewell' has been something that's been a small seed in my heart for quite some time and i'm excited to share more of the process as i'll both be making new paintings for the first time in over a year as well as trying my hand at making a fleet of 3-d ships.

in jewel news:

i have one final piece of the first half of sea witch to release as well as a small series of rattlesnake fang pieces and a several other variations of signature pieces including a smaller version of the planchette necklace and a rose gold vermeil sparrow skull ring. . . . look for these over the next few weeks.

also, special news for next month's rose moon....

i hope you are well.
