jim houser on fecal face.

i recently had the opportunity to pop by jonathan levine gallery to see the new jim houser show, make room for the emptiness. his work is truly stunning in person and i felt very emotional after i left. i also had the chance to take photos & write a review of it for fecal face, which you can check out here.

jim houser does painted poetry

one of my biggest inspirations is local philly artist jim houser. he's self taught and adds beautiful snips of text to his work, and has an amazing book out, that i've looked through often. he was also interviewed by fecal face a few years back by another favorite philly local.
