the folks over at coffin couches promise that these are not reused coffins but coffins that had minor defects that made them unfit for their intended purpose as final vessels for our earthly bodies. amazing and macabre, they are created in all colors and sizes, ranging from a claustrophobic armchair to this lovely pink version named 'the pink panther.' being insatiably curious and uncertain about death and the afterlife, these seemed to be a silly detour in my own thoughts about my last resting place.xoox
