liza corbett has a new show! 'the summer-land' at blackbird attic gallery/shoppe in new york. lady liza has long been an inspiration to me, but this show in particular truly speaks to all that i've been investigating & obsessed with since i visited lily dale last summer. the show features divine portraits of spiritualist mediums, the fox sisters & spirit guides, all rendered in pale, eerie shades.
a few odd things have been happening to me regarding synchronicity lately (& as part of the tower of books at my bedside, i've been devouring 'on divination & synchronicity' by marie-louis von franz) that i want to share here too, but i'm still a little underwater with deadlines . . . .
also, a few of you have been emailing me regarding a list of books i'm reading / or have read & would recommend. i'm gathering a post on this & will have it ready soon too.
