it's no secret that i'm fascinated by the metaphor & imagery of armor. these 'armor lingerie' pieces by artist naiza h. kahn feel especially potent to me these days as i consider undertaking larger art objects for an upcoming show this fall, as well as the idea of the second skin we all slip on during turbulently emotional/ psychic times.
