in honor of this month's beautiful rose full moon, & as a way to say thanks for all the kind words and support i've gotten recently, i've decided to give a way one mini planchette necklace in sterling silver. this small gem is half the size of the original planchette necklace and comes also comes with a tiny viewfinder set into the planchette. when i originally created this piece, i was thinking of how the planchette as a symbol explores the strange notion of speaking with the dead, and in a way also, speaking with the unseen and unexplored parts of yourself. i never imagined how many people would love this image as much as i do and i like thinking of all of you out there wearing my version of it.

Oh, how apt - both pieces crafted by you which I own are made of rose gold. However, I have always loved your planchettes; I used to find them so frightening as a child but after discovering your interpretation of them, I find them darkly fascinating.
It seems lots of special things are happening in the sky this month; tonight, Venus will cross the face of the sun, and this won't happen again until the year 2117.
